腹腔热灌注配合双途径化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察腹腔热灌注配合全身双途径化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的近期有效率、腹水控制情况、毒副反应。方法　 5 8例被随机分成实验组和对照组 ,对照组单纯应用全身化疗 ,实验组采用双途径化疗。结果　实验组近期有效率 5 6 6 7% ,腹水有效率为72 73 % ;对照组近期有效率为 3 2 2 9% ,腹水有效率为 3 0 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。副反应两组对比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　腹腔热灌注配合全身双途径化疗是治疗消化道恶性肿瘤—有效。Objective To observe the short term effective rate,ascites control and side reaction of the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract by combining abdominal heat-perfuse with whole body two-way chemotherapy.Methods 58 cases of maglignat tumor of the digestive tract were randomly divided into two groups;test group and control group.The control group was treated by single whole-body two-way chemotherapy and the test group by combinong abdominal heat-perfuse with whole-body two-way chemotherapy.Results Short-term effective rate:the test group is 56 67%,and the control group 32 29%;Effective rate of patients with astites:the test group is 72 73% and the control group 30%.Significant difference was observed ( P <0 05) between the two groups.Side reactional rate;No significant difference was observed between the two groups( P >0 05).Conclusions It was proved that such method is en effective one and has slight side reaction in the treatment malignant tumors of the digestive tract.
