参麦联合ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察参麦注射液治疗晚期癌症的疗效。方法 :将 5 9例晚期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 2 5例接受参麦联合 EL F方案化疗 ,对照组只接受 ELF方案化疗。结果 :治疗组有效率 5 2 % ,对照组 44.1% ,无统计学差异 ,但治疗组毒性反应低于对照组。结论 :参麦联合 EL F方案对晚期胃癌有较好疗效 ,毒性反应低。Objective: It is to observe the effects of Shenmai injection on advanced gastric cancer. Methods: Fifty-nine patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-five patients in treatment group were treated with Shenmai injection and ELF, 34 patients in control group were only treated with ELF. Results: The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 52% and 44.1% respectively. There was no statistical difference in response rate between the two groups. But the toxicity in treatment group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion: Shenmai injection combined with ELF on advanced gastric cancer has a good efficiency with low toxicity.
