癌细胞中水的物理状态的研究

摘　　要：本文通过对15种非代谢溶质在细胞内外平衡分布系数q值的测定,定量地描述细胞水的极化程度.结果表明,Ehrlich腹水癌细胞中的水呈极化多层状态;37℃培养的癌细胞比25℃培养的癌细胞中水的极化程度低;正常细胞中水的极化程度最高,癌细胞次之,死细胞最低.The degree of polarization of cell water has been described quantitatively by measurement the equilibrium distribution coefficient q-value for 15 non-metabolic solutes. The results show that there is polarized multilayer state of cell water in Ehrlich cancer cell; The degree of polarization of cell water in Ehrlich cancer cell cultured at 37℃ is lower bhan that cultured at 25℃; The degree of polarization of cell water in normal living cell is the highest, that in cancer cell is higher and that in dead cell is low.
