丽珠肠乐治疗69例茵群失调性腹泻疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:为分析丽珠肠乐治疗69例菌群失调性腹泻疗效。方法:自1996年至今临床上遇见138例菌群失调性失调性腹泻,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各69例,使其具有可比性。治疗组口服珠海丽珠集团生产的丽珠肠乐,对照组服用乳酸生,均连服15d后停用,用统一疗效标准进行评判。结果:治疗组显效66例,显效率95.65％,对照组为48例,显效率69.57％。两组进行统计学处理,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:丽珠肠乐治疗菌群失调性腹泻具有疗效高、无不良反应、服用方便的临床特点,因此可在临床上进一步广泛应用。Objective: To analyze curative effect of treatment 69 cases of Diarrhoea with dislication of bacillary groups by Bifidobiogen. Methods: Met 138 cases of Diarrhoea with Dislocation of bacillary groups from 1996 to today in clinic. Divided them into group of treatment and group of contrast at wilf. Every group has 69 cases.The double groups had passable comparative. Every case in the group of treatment took Bifidobiogen, this medicine was made by Livzon Pharmaceuticais Group Zhu Hai. Group of contrast took biofermin. After they took 15 days with drawae. Thenemploy uniform Standard of curaitive effect judge again. Resuets: There were 66 cases of excellence in the group of treatment. The rate of excellence was 95.6596. There were 48 cases of excellent in the group of contrast and 69.57%. In the double groups separately did count handle. There was more notable discrepancy(P<0.01). Conclusions: To treat Diarrhoea with dislocation of bacillary grorps by Bifidobiogen. It had good effects to him, it did not have bad effect. It has to take medicine conveniently. These were his clinical characteristics. Thesefore, Bifidobiogen is used in clinic further extensively.
