延安市口腔卫生保健干预研究和现场示范中期评价

摘　　要：目的:评价在延安市社区人群中在无专门口腔卫生保健措施干预条件下,口腔疾病自然发展的现状。方法:采用世界卫生组织口腔健康基本方法和问卷方法,对延安市12岁年龄组学生分别于1992年和1998年进行随机抽样调查。结果:延安市国民生产总值上升310.04%,12岁年龄组患龋上升率为118.56%,龋均上升率为182.60%,牙周疾病患病率上升率为30.52%,平均牙周疾病区段数上升率为54.22%。每日2次刷牙人数上升率为129.72%。结论:随着延安市社会经济发展,口腔疾病呈上升趋势,必须采取口腔卫生保健措施干预社区人群口腔疾病的自然发展。Objective: To assay the status of oral diseases natural developement without special intervention in oral health in Yan an China. Methods :Randomized sampling surveys for 12 - year - old students without special intervention in oral health in 1992 and 1998 in Yan' an were conducted using WHO oral health basic methods and questionnaire methods. Results: The economic development increased 310.04% in Yan'an, the incidence of caries in 12 - year - old students increased 118.56 % , and the average of caries increased 182.60 % ; the incidence of periodon-tal diseases and the average suffering sections of periodontal diseases increased 30.52 % and 54.22 % respectively. the number of students brushing tooth twice a day increased 129.72% . Conclusion:In the developing region of our country with the economic development,the incidence of o-ral diseases is increasing,and thus we must take actions to intervene in the natural development of oral diseases to protect oral health.
