摘　　要：目的 :介绍一种新型的、经过改良的硅胶义眼座 ,包括主要构成、结构特征、适应证、疗效的标准化及与其它眼座的比较等。方法 :保留四条直肌的情况下完整摘除眼球 ,四条直肌交叉成“十”字缝合于义眼座前。结果 :外观满意度与羟基磷灰石及硅胶眼座相同 ,眼球转动幅度低于羟基磷灰石 ,但外露及脱出的发生率也低 ,三组分别是 3 5 % /0 ,13 3 % /4 4 % ,14 0 % /0 5 %。结论 :新式的硅胶义眼座具有组织相容性好 ,外露率低 ,几乎不脱出等优点 ,可视为除羟基磷灰石之外的可供植入的工具 。Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of a new type of orbital implant,which was a hollow silicon gel with two ears,and both inside and outside surfaces coated with fine nylon fiber net.Method:In 112 patients(112 eyes),after enucleation,this new type orbital implant was embeded primarily in 101 eyes and secondarily in 11 eyes.The superior and inferior recti were passing through the upper and lower ears respectively,and all the 4 recti were fied with sutures in front of the implant.Results:After embedding of the new type of implant,though the degree of motility of prothesis(3 5%) was less than that after hydroxyapatite and silicon gel (0%),but the cosmatic effects were the same,and the exposure rate (4 4%) and prolapse rate (0 5%) of new type implant were much lower than the old types (14 0% and 10 5%).Conclusion:This new type orbital implant has good tissue compatibility,low exposure rate and very low prolapse rate.It can be used as a substitute for hydroxyapatite orbital implant.
