巩膜加固术前后静态中心视野改变的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨巩膜加固术前后自动视野改变的特点及其与视力和眼底黄斑部病变的关系。方法 :对 2 0例 (36眼 )进行性近视患者行巩膜加固术 ,手术前后行全阈值静态视野检查黄斑区 5°、中心 30°视网膜光敏感度。结果 :①术后 5°、30°平均光敏感度明显提高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;②中心 30°视野形态改变以黄斑中心相对暗点改善最明显 ;③无黄斑病变较有黄斑病变者 ,术后光敏感度提高明显 ;④术后视力的改善与光敏感度的改善有关 ,术后视力不变者 ,光敏感度较术前也有提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :巩膜加固术可提高光敏感度 ,改善黄斑病变 ,提高和稳定视功能。Objective:To probe into the changeable characteristics of autovisual fields before and after scleral reinforcement operation ,and to find out the relationship between them with visual acuity and macular lesion disease.Methods:The static visual field test ( macular lesion 5°,central 30°) were observed in 20 cases (36 eyes) of progressive myopia before and after scleral reinforcement operation..Results:① The retinal light sensitivity improved after operation,5°and 30°mean light sensitivity had distinct improvement (P<0.001);②The most distinctive improvement of central 30°morphology change was in macular central relative scotomata;③The lightsensitivity of postoperation of no macular disease cases had more improvement than that of with macular disease cases;④ The improvement of visual acuity has relationship with the improvement of light sensitivity after operation. Conclusion:The scleral reinforcement operation can increase the retinal light sensitivity ,improve the macular diseases , raise and stable visual function.
