乳腺良恶性增生中Cyclin D1表达的研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过对乳腺良恶性增生中CyclinD1蛋白表达的观察 ,研究CyclinD1在乳腺良恶性增生中的表达状况及其在早期乳腺癌和良恶性乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :免疫组化LSAB法检测乳腺增生症、乳腺良性肿瘤、早期乳腺癌、乳腺浸润性导管癌中CyclinD1蛋白表达。 结果 :CyclinD1蛋白在乳腺增生症中不表达 ;在乳腺良性肿瘤中表达率为 7.5 % ;在乳腺恶性增生中表达阳性率为 5 4 0 % ,其中早期乳腺癌为 5 2 4 % ,浸润性导管癌为 5 5 0 %。CyclinD1在早期乳腺癌 ,浸润性导管癌原发灶 ,腋窝淋巴结转移灶中表达阳性率无显著差异 ,三者阳性率分别为 5 2 4 % ,5 5 0 % ,5 3.3%。结论 :CyclinD1的蛋白表达在乳腺的良恶性增生之间的表达差异有显著性 ,可以应用于早期乳腺癌的辅助诊断。Objective:To detect protein expression of Cyclin D1 in breast benign hyperplasia and malignant hyperplasia.To discuss the value of Cyclin D1 detected by immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis of the early breast carcinoma.Methods:Detect protein expression of Cyclin D1 in hyperplasia of mamary glands,breast benign tumor,early breast carcinoma and infiltrative ductal breast carcinoma by immunohistochemistry.Results:Cyclin D1 protein was not expressed in hyperplasia of mamary glands.The expression rate of Cyclin D1 protein was 7.5% in breast benign tumor and was 54.0% in breast malignant hyperplasia.The positive rate was respectively 52.4% and 55.0% in carcinoma in situ and invasive ductal carcinoma.The positive rate of Cyclin D1 expression in early breast carcinoma,primary invasive ductal carcinoma and lymph node metastasis loci was respectively 52.4%,55.0%,53.3%.There was no significant difference among them.Conclusion:there was significant difference between breast benign and malignant hyperplasia,the detection of Cyclin D1 protein by immunohistochemistry could be used in the diagnosis of the breast carcinoma.
