锌缺乏对孕鼠发育及体内抗氧化系统的影响

摘  要:目的 :探讨锌缺乏对孕鼠发育及其体内抗氧化系统的影响。方法 :将Witstar孕鼠随机分为缺锌组、对饲组和对照组 ,观察孕鼠在妊娠期间的体重变化 ,测定其组织器官中抗氧化酶活性及GSH和MDA含量。结果 :缺锌组孕鼠体重未见增加 ,对饲组孕鼠体重增加幅度亦小于对照组 ;缺锌组孕鼠胎盘、肝脏、肾脏中CuZu SOD、GSH Px、CAT、CP活性显著性低于对照组和对饲组 ,而GSH和MDA含量则明显升高。结论 :锌缺乏可使孕鼠体内抗氧化能力减弱 ,脂质过氧化反应增强 ,导致其生长发育障碍。Objective:To investigate the effects of Zn deficiency on the growth and lipid peroxidation and antioxidation in pregnant rats.Methods:Twenty-four pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into Zn deficiency group,pair-fed group and control group.The activities of CuZn-SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,CP and the contents of GSH,MDA in the placentas,liver and kidney of rats were measured.Results:The body weight of Zn deficient rats did not increase,the body weight of pari-fed rats was lower than that of control rats in the period of pregnancy.It was found that the CuZu-SOD,GSH-Px,CAT,CP activities decreased significantly in the Zn deficient rats,however,the contents of MDA and GSH increased markedly,as compared with those in control and pair-fed rats.Conclusion:Zn deficiency could result in decrease of antioxidation capacity and increase of lipid peroxidation and induce growth retardation of pregnant rats.
