摘　　要：目的 :探讨 JWA基因表达与不同病期急性非淋巴细胞白血病 ( ANL L )的相关意义。方法 :应用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应( RT- PCR)技术检测 2 4例不同病期的 ANL L 患者骨髓和 (或 )外周血中 JWA基因的表达。结果 :JWA基因表达在初发 ANL L为13 /13 ( 10 0 %阳性 ) ,完全缓解时为 1/4,复发患者为 3 /4,由骨髓增生异常综合征 ( MDS)转化而来为 1/3。结论 :JWA可能参与原发 ANL L 的某个发病过程 ,其与白血病的发生。Objective:To evaluated the significance bet ween the e xpression of JWA gene and acute non lymphocytic leukemias(ANLLs) in different s tages.Methods:The expression of JWA gene in bone marrow and/or blood of 24 c ases of ANLL in different stages were determined by reverse transcript polymera se chain reaction(RT PCR).Results:The positive of JWA at onset of ANLLs were 13/13 cases (100% ), at complete remission were 1/4, at relapse were 3/4, and of ANLL transforming f rom myelodysplastic syndrome were 1/3.Conclusion: JWA may be related to the pathogenesis of idiopathic ANL Ls, and its impact on the development, relapse and prognosis of ANLLs should be further studied.
