摘  要:目的 观察甲壳胺对修复性牙本质形成的作用。方法 实验组用甲壳胺进行小型猪牙盖髓实验 ,对照组用氢氧化钙 ,盖髓后 2周、4周、13周观察其组织病理学改变。结果 术后 2周 ,在穿髓孔下方可见修复性牙本质团块形成 ,团块周围有类成牙本质细胞围绕 ,在牙髓和盖髓材料之间无坏死层。术后 4周 ,修复性牙本质呈桥形。术后 13周 ,有完整、致密的牙本质桥形成。结论 用甲壳胺盖髓 ,能诱导修复性牙本质形成 。Objective To investigate the function of chitosan on reparative dentin formation and to evaluate the effect of chitosan on dental pulp capping.Methods Capping with chitosan was performed in the teeth of minipigs,capping with calcium hydroxide served as control.The histopathologic results were observed after capping for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 13 weeks.Results After 2 weeks,the reparative dentin masses were formed under the wound surface and the odentoblastoid cells were around the reparative dentin masses,no intervening layer of necrosis was found between the pulp wound and chitosan.The formed reparative dentins were distributed as a bridge after 4 weeks.After 13 weeks,the complete,think and dense dentinbridges were observed.In the control group,inflammatory and necrosis zone were found in the wound surface after 2 weeks and thinner dentin bridges were found in 4~13 weeks.Conclusion Capping with chitosan can induce reparative dentin formation without stimulation to the pulp.
