口腔鳞癌术前平阳霉素化疗近远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　评价术前平阳霉素化疗对口腔鳞癌治疗的近远期影响。方法　随访 1984～ 1996年间 310例首诊并手术治疗的口腔鳞癌病例 ,按有无术前应用平阳霉素及应用剂量分组 ,对年龄、临床分期等因素进行均衡性检验 ,观察化疗近期疗效并采用寿命表法分析比较患者生存情况。结果　各组中干扰因素分布均衡 ;化疗显效率5 1.7% ,术前平阳霉素化疗 10 0mg～ 2 0 0mg病例远期疗效最好。结论　术前平阳霉素化疗可改善口腔鳞癌患者预后 ,剂量以 10 0mg～ 2 0Objective To evaluate curative effects of preoperative Pingyangmycin chemotherapy for oral squamous cell carcinoma with consideration of dosage.Methods 310 previously untreated patients were included in the follow-up study.They were divided into groups according to the dosage of preoperative chemotherapy and equilibrium was evaluated.Short-term response and survival of patients were compared among groups.Results 51.7% of all primary tumors showed partial or complete response.Patients who accepted 100mg～200mg Pingyangmycin therapy had prominently higher survival rates than patients of other groups.Conclusion Pingyangmycin chemotherapy of appropriate dosage before surgery can improve prognosis of patients with oral cancer.
