摘　　要：目的　通过治疗 ,将牙周袋内含有大量内毒素的病变牙骨质刮除 ,使新附着产生。方法　用根面平整术和龈上洁治术治疗牙周炎 ,并追踪观察一年。结果　龈上洁治术 (对照组 )有效率为 43% ,根面平整术 (治疗组 )有效率为 79%。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of root planing in comparison with supragingival scaling.Methods One hundred patients with chronic adult periodontitis (152 anterior teeth) were randomly assigned to test group (supragingival scaling and root planing) and control group (supraginigival scaling alone).Standard oral hygiene instructions were given to both groups,clinical measurements were taken at baseline,12 months.Results After one year,on the basis of the clinical and microbiological index,the effective rate of the test group (79%) was higher than that of the control group (43%).Conclusion The results confirm the significance of root planing in periodontitis treatment.
