摘 要:目的 研究缓释氟粘贴片对釉质病变深层脱矿的再矿化作用及沉积物成分分析。方法 12个牛牙釉质块 ,根据其 4 8小时人工龋的表面硬度值均衡分为两组 ,在体外滴定系统中分别用 0 .2 5mgF和 0 .5mgF的氟粘贴片处理 ,4小时 /片 ,共 2 2片。 11片和 2 2片处理后 ,分别测定每组一个标本的剖面硬度值和其余标本的表面硬度值 ;用偏光显微镜和显微X线观察组织学变化 ;用扫描电镜观察标本表面和剖面的沉积物 ,用能谱进行元素分析。结果 使用氟片越多 ,标本的表面硬度值越高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;但等片数处理后 ,两剂量组标本的表面硬度值 (P >0 .0 5 )及剖面硬度值间无显著差异。偏光和显微X线检查发现 2 2片 0 .2 5mgF氟粘贴片处理后釉质病变区矿物增加最多、效果最好。沉积物多为圆形或近圆形颗粒 ,少数呈圆柱状 ,主要成分为钙和磷 ,釉表面比釉深层氟含量稍高。结论 在本实验条件下 ,氟粘贴片对釉质病变深层脱矿有再矿化作用 ,2 2片 0 .2 5mgF氟粘贴片处理后效果较好。釉质表面及内部沉积物为钙磷酸盐类 ,表面可能有CaF2 。Objective To study the subsurface lesion remineraling effect of slow-release fluoride tablet and precipitate.Methods 12 bovine enamel chips with 48 hours artificial caries were divided into two groups without surface microhardness different.The two groups were put in a titration system and treated by 0.25mgF and 0.5mgF tablet respectively,One tablet was replaced every 4 hours for 88 hours.The microhardness of longitudinal section,one chip from each group after 11,22 tablets treatment,was measured in 10μm intervals from the enamel margin to the depth of 225μm into the enamel.The surface microhardness of the other chips of each group also was measured at the same time.Histology change was examined by polaring microscopy and microradiography.Precipitate was detected by SEM and Energy Disperse Spectrograph.Results The microhardness of enamel surface of the group treated by 11 and 22 tablets of 0.25mgF were 43.18±10.95 and 73.39±10.10kg/mm 2 respectively,P< 0.001 .The group treated by 0.5mgF were 35.70±7.30 and 86.00±18.51kg/mm 2,P< 0.001 .But the microhardness of the two groups after treated by same number tablets were not different,P> 0.05 .The microhardness of longitudinal section of two groups increased significantly after treatment,but no different between groups was observed.The group treated by 22 tablets of 0.25mgF showed the maximum mineralization disposed by polaring microscopy and microradiography.The shapes of precipitate were round,elliptical,or cylinder.The main constitutions of them were calcium and phosphates,and some on enamel surface with higher F.Conclusion The subsurface lesion can be remineralized by the slow-release fluoride tablet,and 0.25mgF seems more effctive.The precipitates are calcium and phosphates,and some of them may be CaF 2
