摘　　要：目的　介绍OT球帽状附着体固位型活动义齿的设计、制作方法 ,评价其临床效果。方法　采用OT球帽状附着体为 15例患者设计制作 18件义齿。结果　最长者经 2年零 6个月观察 ,临床效果良好。结论　患者戴用该义齿后 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,摘戴方便、美观舒适 ,基牙无病变。Objective To intrduce the design and construction method of OT-CAP system attachment retained removable denture.Methods 18 pieces removable dentures with OT-CAP attachments were made for 15 patients. Results The OT-CAP attachment retained removable dentures were proved by more than 2 years follow-up to be convenient,comfortable,stable,with good look and function in all the patients.Conclusion The OT-CAP system attachment is feasible for removable denture.
