摘 要:目的:通过几种激素水平测定早期诊断乳腺结构不良的恶性变。方法:对健康女性、乳腺结构不良患者和乳腺癌患者各100例,检测睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)的水平.了解三者之间的相关因素及相互影响因素,根据激素水平的改变,判断有恶变倾向的乳腺结构不良。结果:三组性激素水平经统计学处理 T、P、E2、PRL均显示明显差异。结论:测定乳腺结构不良患者性激素 T、P、E2、PRL水平变化对恶性变前期诊断具有重要的临床意义。Abstract:Objective:Through determining several sexhormones the canceration of the abnomal breast structure are early dignosed.Methods:Determined testoterone, progesterone,estradiol, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone among 100cases normal women, 100 cases abnormal breast structure women and 100 cases breast cancer women, studied the relation among sexhormone abnormal breast structure and breastcanceration. In terms of sex hormone level judged the possibility of the canceration ofabnormal breast structure. Results: Through statistical computation there is a obvious difference among testoterone, progesterone,estradiol. prolactin, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormonec. Conclusion:There is important clinical significance in diagnosingearly canceration with dertemining testosterone,estradiol, prolactin, luteinizing hormone among abnormal bteast structure women.
