摘  要:对35例正常妇女子宫内膜进行了光镜和电镜观察。结果表明、腺上皮中细胞器的发育有明显的周期性变化,腺上皮游离端有显著的分泌泡或胞质突起突向腺腔,腺腔中有脱落的分泌泡和胞质突起的碎片,提示子宫腺具有明显的顶浆分泌特征,腺上皮全周期都有分泌活性,但以排卵前后达高峰。子宫内膜腺糖原的出现最早见于增殖早期,最先开始于少数暗细胞,然后才见于全部腺细胞。分泌早期以前糖原经腺上皮游离端的分泌泡排出到腺腔,分泌中期以后糖原排出减少或停止,主要在腺细胞中储存。35 cases of normal women endometrial biopsies were studied by means of light and electron microscopy. The results indicated that the organelles of glandular cells showed obvious cyclic changes and the apical surface of the glandular epithelium displayed marked secretory vesicles or cytoplasmic projections, which bulged into the lumen. In addition, massive fragments of shedding secretory vesicles or cytoplasmic projections were found in the glandular lumen. The results suggested that the endometrial glands were remarkably characterized by the mode of apical secretion and showed secretory activity for the whole menstrual cycle with a secietory peak at the period around ovulation. The production of glycogen first began from a few dark cells and then occurred in all glandular cells. Before the early secretory phase glycogen was released into the lumen by way of secretory vesicles. After mid secretory phase the release of glycogen was great- ly reduced or stopped.
