摘  要:为了确定仙鹤草中药用成分及鹤草酚、黄酮类化合物的提取工艺 ,系统地对影响有效成分提取的各个因素进行了定量分析 ,研究结果表明 ,仙鹤草中鹤草酚的较佳提取工艺为 :醇水溶液浓度 6 0 %、浸提温度 80℃、浸提时间 1.5h、浸提次数 2、液料比 10∶1。黄酮类化合物的提取工艺为 :浸提液浓度 4 0 %、浸提温度 70℃、浸提时间 1h、浸提次数 3、液料比 10∶1。For the optimum technical condition of extraction of available druggery composition of flaconoid and agrimophol in Agrimonia pilosa ledeb var. japonica (Miq.), Each factor which affects extraction of available composition of agrimonia was researched comprehensively and systematically. The optimum extracting technology was determined on the condition that the composition of ethanol-water solution is 60%, the rate of liquor to material is 10 to 1 with 2 times refux per hour in temperature of 80℃ and extraction time is 1.5 hours. Each factor which affects extraction of available composition of flaconoid was researched, too. In the end, the optimum extract technology was determined on the condition that the composition of ethanol-water solution is 40%, the rate of liquor to material is 10 to 1 with 3 times refux per hour in temperature of 70℃, and extraction time is 1 hour.
