摘  要:目的:研究康莱特注射液(KLT)对淋巴瘤(Burkitt)细胞株Raji细胞的增殖抑制与凋亡作用。方法:应用细胞生长曲线、电镜及流式细胞仪等方法研究KLT对Raji细胞生长的影响。结果:KLT浓度为10μl/ml作用6小时可引起Raji细胞凋亡率为28.5%,死亡率为15.1%;KLT浓度为4μl/ml作用24小时可引起Raji细胞凋亡率为8.24%,死亡率为51.9%。结论:KLT对淋巴瘤细胞株具有增殖抑制与凋亡作用。Objective: To study whether Kang-Lai-Te (KLT) will induce inhibition of growth and apoptosis of human cell line Raji. Methods: Lymphoma cell line Raji was used as in vitro model. The tumor inhibition effect of KLT on Raji was measured by trypan blue exclusion. Apoptosis was assessed by cell morphology and flow cytometry. Results: The apoptosis and mortality rates of Raji cells induced by 10u1/ml of KLT within 6 hours were 28.5% and 15.1% respectively, and those induced by 4u1/ml of KLT within 24 hours were 8.24% and 51.9% respectively. Conclusion: KLT injection can induce apoptosis and inhibition of Raji cells.
