摘 要:目的 观察不同印模材料对石膏模型表面性能的影响以及印模材料与模型材料间理想的配伍关 系。方法 用弹性打样膏液I和水粉型印模材料II分别采印及灌注普通石膏、人造石和超硬石膏模型,然后拍摄 各模型表面状态的照片,并分别测定其表面硬度。结果 不同印模材料采印及灌注的普通石膏模型,人造石和超 硬石膏模型,其表面光滑度及硬度均有所差异。用两种印模材料分别采印及灌注的模型,除普通石膏模型外,人 造石和超硬石膏模型其表面硬度相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 不同的印模材料采印及灌注的石膏模 型,其表面光滑度及硬度均有不同。提示模型的表面性能同印模材料与石膏的配伍有密切关系。Objective To study effects of different impression materials on the surface properties of plaster model and the compatibiligy of impression material and plaster. Methods Two kinds of impression materials(alginate impression plaster I and alginate impression powder II) were used to make impression and three kinds of model materials (general stone, hard stone and surperhard stone) were used to made model respectively. Each model was taken photo and measured surface hardness. Results There had difference on the surface smoothness and hardness of models made with different impression materials and different model materials. Statistics results showed: no difference (P >0.05) existed on the surface hardness between general stone models made with alginate impression plaster I and powder II, while difference (P < 0.05) existed between hard stone models or superhard stone models made with alginate impression plaster I and powder II. Conclusion There has difference on the surface smoothness and hardness of plaster model made with different impression materials and different model materials, which indicats that the surface properties of models are related with the impression materials and the compatibility of plaster tighly.
