摘 要:目的 研究微波辐射对金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变的阻断效果。方法 采用金地鼠77只, 随机分为三组。微波处理组(51只), 以0.5%二甲基苯并蒽(DMBA)涂布颊囊5 w, 从第6周起每周1次以微波功率Ⅱ档、时间2 s或3 s辐射颊囊涂布区1~6次。完成预定辐射后观察12 w。空白对照组(6只)和模型对照组(20只)分别以生理盐水和0.5% DMBA涂布颊囊5 w后观察12 w, 均不经微波处理。结果 实验结束时微波处理组均质状白斑、颗粒状白斑和肿瘤的发生率分别为6.9%、12.5%、1.4%, 而模型对照组的相应发生率则分别为25.0%、47.2%、22.2%, 两组间差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论 微波辐射能有效地降低金地鼠颊囊白斑发生率及阻断白斑癌变。Objective In order to research the blocking effect of microwave radiation on leukoplakia golden hamaster check pouch. Methods Seventy-seven animals were divided into 3 groups. The p recancerous model of radiated group (n=51) was induced by brusing 0.5% d imethylbenzanthracene (DMBA) for five weeks. From the sixth week, the radiated gr oup was radiated 1~6 times with microwave power Ⅱ lasting 2 seconds or 3 secon ds once a week, then observed for 12 weeks. Both the blank group (n=6) brush ed with NS and model group (n=20) brushed with DMBA were not treated with mi crowave radiation. Results After the test was finished, the homogeneous leukoplakia , nodular leukoplakia and tumor in radiated group were 6.9%, 12.5%, 1. 4%, respectively, compared with the model group, 25.0%, 47.2% and 22 .2%. There were significant discrepancy between the above two groups (P< 0.01).Conclusion Microwave radiation not only decreases the occurrence of leukoplakia, but also blocks the maltransformation of it.
