P^(27)蛋白在肝癌及癌旁组织中表达的意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 P2 7在肝癌组织中表达的意义。方法 :用特异而敏感的 S- P免疫组化法测定肝癌及癌旁组织中 P2 7蛋白的表达。结果 :1P2 7在肝癌组织表达为 6 1.84% (4 7/ 76 ) ;癌旁肝硬化组织为 2 1.13% ;正常肝组织为 11.76 % ;2在肝癌组内小肝癌表达低于巨块型和结节型 ; 、 级肝癌表达低于 、 级 ;有包膜者表达低于无包膜者 ,均有显著性差异。结论 :在肝癌组织中可能存在突变型 P2 7蛋白 。Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the significance of the novel P 27 protein expression in primary liver carcinoma Method:P 27 expression was studied in liver carcinoma by means of a specific and sensitive immunohistochemical S P assay Result:①P 27 expression was present in 47/76 liver carcinoma,15/71 cirrhosis of liver and 4/34 normal liver tissues ②P 27 possitive rate is significantly correlated with mass pathology,histological grade and tumour membrane Conclusion:There is mutant P 27 protein in liver tumour and it may be used as a differentiation marker and a prognostic index
