胃癌组织中EB病毒的检测

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 EB病毒感染与人胃癌发生的关系。方法 :用原位分子杂交的方法对 6 3例人胃癌标本中 EB病毒小分子RNA片段 (EBER1)进行检测。结果 :6 3例标本中有 7例癌组织呈阳性反应 (11.9% ) ,EB病毒阳性的 7例中 ,男性 5例 ,有明显淋巴细胞浸润的 4例。 7例阳性标本均为腺癌 ,高分化腺癌 3例 ,中低分化腺癌各 2例。结论 :EB病毒感染与我国部分胃腺癌的发生有关。癌间质中大量淋巴细胞浸润可能是Objective:To investigate the relationship between Epstein Barr virus (EBV) and human gastric cancer Methods:EBER1 was detected by in situ hybridization on sixty three specimens of gastric cancer in this survey Results:EBV was found in 7 of 63 gastric cancers EBV positive cases were more common in male patients (5/7) and the cacner tissues with intensive stromal infiltration of lymphocytes (4/7) All EBV positive cases were adenocarcinomas Three of them were well differentiated, two moderately differentiated, and the rest poorly differentiated Conclusion:Our study suggests that EBV infection is related to the carcinogenesis of some gastric adenocarcinomas in our country, and the intensive infiltration of lymphocytes is an important pathological indication of EBV occurrence in gastric cancer
