摘　　要：分析了复杂科学技术研究及其管理的特点 ,总结出一种基于层次、阶段、流程和两线的树形 (TS)科研管理方法。引进了计算机软件开发中的面向对象 (OO)的概念及其基本思想 ,构造了横向的科研管理方法。介绍了关键成功因子 (CSF)的概念及其应用方法 ,构造了基于矛盾论的科研管理方法。结合大型航天飞行器研制的背景 ,给出了一个基于树形的、关键成功因子和关键成功过程 (CSPr)的 ,运用面向对象方法的科研管理方法 (TS -OO -CSF管理方法 )Analyses the characters of complexity science and technology development project, presents a tree shape (TS) management method that based on hierarchy management, segments management, workflow management and 2-lines management. Introduces Object-Oriented (OO) idea and Critical Success Factors (CSF) approach into research management. Provides a research and development (R&D) management method which integrate Tree Shape, Object-Oriented and Critical Success Factors (TS-OO-CSF) method. Presents this method with an example of the space vehicle research and development management.
