摘　　要：目的：观察酪酪肽（ＰＹＹ）对人胰腺癌细胞生长的抑制作用及其对细胞内环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）含量的影响。方法：采用３ｈ－胸腺嘧啶（３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ）掺入、放射免疫法，测定ＰＹＹ对人胰腺癌细胞株ＳＷ－１９９０生长的调节作用及其对细胞内ｃＡＭＰ含量的影响。结果：ＰＹＹ对ＳＷ－１９９０细胞的生长有显著抑制作用，随其浓度的增加或作用时间的延长而增强，并可减少细胞内ＣＡＭＰ的产生呈剂量依赖关系。结论：ＰＹＹ对人胰腺癌细胞生长有抑制作用，其机制可能与通过降低细胞内ｃＡＭＰ含量有关。Background/Aims: To investigate the inhibitory effect of PYY on pancreatic carcinoma cell line SW-1990 and its relationship between the concentrations of intracellular cAMP and expression of mutated p58 protein. Methods: The growth of SW-1990 cells and the concentrations of intracellular cAMP were detected by 3H-TdR incorporation assay, and immunoradiation assay, respectively. Results: A significant inhibitory effect of PYY on SW-1990 was observed and the effect was augmented when the concentrations of PYY increased or duration of action was prolonged. The decrease of concentra- tions of intracellular cAMP was dose-dependent. Conclusions: PYY can inhibit the growth of pancrea- tic carcinoma cells by reducing the expression of intracellular cAMP.
