摘　　要：目的 :分析食管内支架与放疗联合治疗食管恶性狭窄 (不能手术或不接受手术的患者 )的疗效。方法 :15例食管恶性狭窄病人行镍钛合金记忆支架术 ,治疗前一周均行放疗。结果 :15例病人均一次性成功 ,未发生因操作技术而引起的并发症 ,共置入 16根记忆合金支架 ,吞咽困难均明显改善。结论 :置入支架首选为带膜支架。术前行放疗 ,可消除食道周围的癌性水肿 ,为支架的置入提供了条件 ;其后行放疗及其它辅助疗法 。Objective: To evaluate metallic stent implantation plus radiotherapy in treatment of esophageal malignant stricture. Methods: 15 cases of esophageal malignant stricture were treated with radiotherapy for a week followed by metallic stent implantation. Results: Total 16 stents were successfully implanted by single procedure in all 15 cases without any complication. The dysphasia was considerably improved in all patients. Conclusion: The patients with esophageal malignant stricture should be treated with radiotherapy followed by metallic stent implantation, which could abolish the carinedema around esophagus and provide a safe and reliable procedure for the stent implantation.
