摘  要:从吉林省西部天然水中分离出Fb1和Fb2 两种铁细菌 .Fb1细胞为椭圆形 ,细胞成对排列 ,有单生、双生鞭毛和芽孢 ,细胞大小为 0 .7~ 1 .0 μm ;Fb2 为杆状 ,呈多个细胞相互连结 ,无鞭毛和芽孢 ,细胞大小为 ( 0 .4~ 0 .7) μm× ( 1 .5~ 2 .1 ) μm .两种菌均为革兰氏阴性 ,且都具有荚膜 ,菌浓度约为 1 0 6个 mL ,在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基中生长 2 0h可达到稳定期 ,2 4h后进入衰退期 .实验结果表明 ,两种菌的基本生理生化性质相似 .Two kinds of Fe bacteria(named Fb 1 and Fb 2) were separated from the natural water samples collected from the west district of Jilin province. Fb 1 is ellipse and its cells array in pairs and the size is 0.7 ~1 μm. Fb 2 is bacilliform and its cell is single or connected each other and the size is (0.4~0.7) μm×(1.5~2.1) μm. They are both Gram negative bacteria. Fb 1 has spore, while Fb 2 has not any. Fb 1 can be mobile through their flagellum, but Fb 2 can not be because they have not flagellum. These two kinds of Fe bacteria live in the water samples with a large quantities (10 6/mL). They entered the stationary phase when they were developed in the culture medium of beef extract and peptone for 20 h, and they entered the decline phase after 24 h. The results indicate that their physiological and biochemical properties are similar.
