摘　　要：目的研究动态低场MRI对垂体微腺瘤的诊断作用。方法临床拟诊的垂体微腺瘤150例分为两组,实验组100例用GRE序列对比剂增强动态扫描。对照组用常规SE序列平扫,分析两种方法对垂体微腺瘤的显示率。结果对照组垂体微腺瘤的显示率为68%,实验组垂体微腺瘤的显示率为86%。结论GRE序列对比剂增强动态扫描能提高垂体微腺瘤的显示率。Objective To study the diagnostic effects of low field strength MR for pituitary microadenoma.Methods 150 cases of clinically suspected microadenoma were devided into two groups,100 cases served as experimental group were examined with dynamic contrast enhanced GRE sequences,the controlled group consisted of 100 cases was examined with plain conventional SE.The positive rates of two methods were compared.Results The possitive rate for microadenoma was86%in experimental group and 68%in controlled group.Conclusion Dynamic contrast enhanced GRE sequence is the best method for the diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma.
