摘  要:目的 :探索和解决用镍 铬合金制作的金属烤瓷冠因氧化腐蚀引起的颈缘灰线、牙龈变色、致敏等缺陷 ,提供一种简便、安全的防腐技术。方法 :设计和研制齿科刷镀仪 ,镀笔 ,金、电净、活化液 ,对烤瓷基底冠边缘 ,核桩表面刷镀 ,对金镀层的结合强度、耐腐蚀性、以及生物安全性进行试验。结果 :制作烤瓷金冠 65件 ,金瓷桩核冠 3 2件 ,均收到较理想的效果。结论 :金属电刷镀技术在镍 铬合金烤瓷修复体金属表面镀覆黄金的防腐处理 ,方法简便 ,操作灵活 ,材料性能安全可靠 ,每只烤瓷冠的成本仅为贵金属基底冠的二十分之一。To found a way to prevent the unhealthy tencise as cervix dentis gray line,gum colour changement and sensitization caused by metal biscuitter corroded and provide a simple and safety anticorrode technique Method: Desing and made multiplefunction pulse electroplate power supply, electroplate pen, electroplate liquid and technological To the metal electroplate layer the binding strength test and anticorrode test was performed and to the biological safety the heamo lysis test and animal test was performed Results: All together 154 crowns was made include biscuiting complete crown, biscuiting bridge, three qurter biscuiting crown bridge and porcelain cusp pivot crown Conclusion:Metal brush electroplating technique is plating the gold on the surface of Nickel Cadmium alloy replacer to preernt corrode This technique has the advantages of simple in tequipment, nimble in technique, safety in management, cheaper,high binding strength, the deepth of plating layer can be controlled, no harmful gas during plating, no environment pollution, no damage to plating material and twenty times cheaper than metal crown [
