冷冻治疗儿童眼部良性肿瘤和瘤样病变的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用液氮冷冻治疗 2 47例儿童眼部良性肿瘤和瘤样病变的远期效果。方法 :以液氮为冷冻源 ,对直径 <3mm的眼部良性肿瘤及瘤样病变采用棉签法 ;对直径 3mm～ 5mm的肿瘤及瘤样病变采用冷冻头法 ;5mm以上肿瘤及瘤样病变采用倾注法。结果 :2 47例中 ,眼部肿瘤 194例 ,痊愈 187例 (97.39% ) ,好转 7例 (3.6 1% ) ,有效率 10 0 %。瘤样病变 5 3例 ,痊愈 5 2例 (98.11% ) ,好转 1例 (1.89) ,有效率 10 0 %。术后随访时间最长 12年 ,最短 6月。结论 :液氮冷冻疗法简单、易行、经济、安全 ,对儿童尤为适宜 ,治疗后不影响美观。Objective:To investigate the long-term effect of cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen on children benign ocular tumors and tumor-like lesions of 247 cases.Methods:Using liquid nitrogen as freezing source to treat benign tumors and tumor-like lesions, 'cotton bud' method was used for tumor with it diameter less than 3mm; 'cryo-head' was used for tumor with diameter ranging from 3mm to 5mm;'decant'method was used for tumor diameters 5mm. Results: In all 247 cases,194 cases were benign tumors,187 cases were recovered completely(97.39%),7cases were improved(3.61%).The effective rate was 100%.There were 53 cases with tumor-like lesion,52 cases were completely recovered(98.11%),1 case was improved (1.89%)the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion: Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen is a simple,low expense and safe method of treatment, which is especially suitable for treating pediatric benign ocular tumors and tumor like lesions.It has no harmful effects to patient's appearance.
