摘　　要：论述了知识产权制度在知识经济发展中的主要作用，从高校开展知识产权教育，提高人才培养质量的角度， 论述了在高校开设知识产权课程的必要性和重要性，并对如何提高高校人才培养质量以适应２１世纪知识经济的挑战作了 进一步的探讨。The main role of the system of Intellectual Property in the development of knowledge-based economy is discussed in this paper. The necessity and importance of the installing of the curriculum on intellectual property in universities are also discussed point of view to developing intellectual property education and improving the quality of People Cultuvation in universities, and the further inquire how to improve the quality of People Cultivation in universities to adapt to challenge of knowledge-based economy of 21th century is offered.
