摘　　要：旅游可持续发展观是一种发展哲学,是生态环境伦理学与旅游可持续发展战略的有机结合,有助于我们从生态伦理角度考虑旅游可持续发展中的旅游发展与旅 游生态环境和旅游资源的关系问题。本文从旅游可持续发展战略所包含的生态环境伦理含义、功能及其核心要点等三个方面对旅游可持续发展战略的生态环境伦理学基础进行了初步评述。It is a development philosophy to the sustainabledevelopment conception of tourism. The organic combinationof the ecology-environment ethics with the sustainable devel-opment tourism can help us consider the problems on therelation between the mankind and the ecology-environmentfrom the view of ethnics . Here the author makes preliminaryresearches on the foundation of the ecology-environment eth-ics in the strategy of the sustainable development tourismfrom three factors: the ecology-environment ethics meaningsin the strategy of sustainable development tourism , thefunction of the ecology-environment ethics in the strategy ofsustainable development tourism and its inner points, etc.
