摘　　要：医疗行业精神的形成涉及三种基本因素:人与疾病的关系(或曰人类面对疾病时的态度),它将确定行业精神的内涵和属性;行业的社会功能与目标,它将确定行业价值;行业维系与存续的现实基础,它将确定行业的运行规则。白求恩精神是我国的医疗行业精神,它的构成符合医疗行业精神的全部要件。在WTO架构下,通过吸纳市场经济的某些原则,在剔除自身杂质后,它将被重塑为一种全新的精神。A forming of the Medical Profession's Spirit(MPS)梩his phrase is abbreviated to MPS梚s related to three basic factors: The bearing between human and disease or the people' s manner about illness which is going to establish the intension and attribute of MPS; The social functions and the social objectives which are going to determine the profession's value; The material base maintaining the profession to exist which is going to set up the trade rule in motion. The Dr. Bethune's Spirit is MPS in our country. Its constitution is in perfect accord with the all important conditions of MPS. By drawing in some principles from the market economy, and ridding itself of the impurity, the Dr. Bethune' s Spirit will become a new MPS in WTO terms.
