摘　　要：国家气象中心在中国气象科学研究院CAPPS系统的基础上 ,建立了多城市污染指数数值预报业务系统 ,同时预报 47个重点城市的SO2 、NO2 和PM1 0的日均污染指数。从 2 0 0 1年 6月 2 1日至 7月 1 7日的试验预报表明 ,总体预报准确率和与监测值的相关都在 6 0 %以上 ,与各城市气象局、环境保护局联合发布的综合预报准确率和与监测值的相关比较接近。说明CAPPS用于国家气象中心多城市污染指数数值预报业务系统 。Based on CAPPS (City Air Pollution Numerical Prediction System) built by the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, the Multi city Numerical Prediction Operational System of Air Pollution Index, which is used to forecast the daily mean Air Pollution Indexes (API) of SO 2, NO 2 and PM 10 in 47 cities at the same time, is set up in National Meteorological Center (NMC). The results of the operational test running show that both the forecast accuracies and the correlation coefficients between predicted and observed API are above 60%, which is close to those issued by provincial level meteorological bureaus and environment protection bureaus. It is proved that the Multi city Numerical Prediction Operational System of Air Pollution Index based on CAPPS can provide useful numerical prediction products for air pollution operational prediction for cities.
