摘　　要：新世纪高校体育师资队伍应具备的结构特征是未来体育工作的基础和关键 .师资队伍的建设既需要管理机构的完善 ,又需要教学、育人的大环境 ,更需要杰出人才 。New century's structure feature of colleg e physical education staff is both the foundation and the key to the future deve lopment of physical culture. To build the college staff calls for perfection of management organ's structure, imparting knowledge and educating people under he althy circumstances, above all, the outstanding talents capable of leading an ex cellent collective.
