摘  要:迅速全球化的知识经济使社会处于高竞争状态。如何进行项目筛选并实现可持续发展倍受关注。本文认为以恢复、保持和发展自然生态循环良性平衡为锁定目标 ,建立知识密集型的、可实现资源的高效再生与可再生资源高效利用的良性产业循环 ,既是项目筛选策略 ,也是实现可持续发展的必然出路 ,而生物技术领域则是具体实施时应优先考虑的领域。其中 ,整合了生物体系和生物反应器的 ,能产出为个人消费 ,可满足人类文明对实现可持续发展的绿色产品 (如生物能源、生物药物、高营养有机天然食品等 )迫切需求的生物技术项目 。The rapid globalization of knowledge economy puts the whole society into a highly competitive stage How to select a project while realizing sustainable development has attracted significant attention We believe that establishing a benign industry recycle, which is knowledge intensive, highly efficient in the regeneration of realizable resources and utilization of renewable resources, and is locked on the aim of restoring, maintaining and developing the benign balance of natural ecological cycle, is not only the basis for selecting projects, but also the way to realize sustainable development The area of biotechnology should be considered as the priority area in the process of selecting a suitable project The ideal biotechnology project to be invested should be the one that integrates living organism or part of living organism with bioreactor to produce green products, such as bioenergy (fuel ethanol, biodissel, etc ), biomedecine and nature nutritious organic food, for personal consumption and for meeting increasing demand of mankind civilization
