水-硅油双相系统筛选分离多环芳烃降解菌

摘　　要：利用水 硅油双相系统筛选、分离了 3种多环芳烃的降解菌 ,对 7种主要的多环芳烃进行了降解试验 ,结果表明从水 硅油双相系统筛选出来的混合菌对多环芳烃降解效果较好 。Three microorganisms of degrading PAHs in the water\|silicon oil biphisic system were selected and separated.Degrading tests of seven main PAHs were carried out.Result showed that PAHs could by degraded effectly by mixed microorganisms,The degradation effect decreses as the PAHs cycle increases.
