长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察长春瑞滨 (NVB )联合顺铂 (DDP )治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效与毒性。方法　对 40例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者采用长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗 :NVB 2 5mg/m2 ,静脉点滴 ,第 1、8天 ;DDP 3 0mg/m2 ,静脉点滴 ,第 1、3天。结果　有效率 (CR +PR )为 40 %。腺癌有效率为 3 5 % ;鳞癌有效率为 42 %。 2组有效率比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。初治者的有效率为44 % ,复治者的有效率为 3 3 % ,2组有效率比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。不良反应 :WBC下降Ⅲ度 5 2 %、Ⅳ度为 18% ;PLT下降Ⅲ度 5 %、Ⅳ度为 18% ,其他不良反应较轻微。结论　NP方案治疗NSCLC疗效较好 。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects and toxicity of Novelbine (NVB) plus Cisplatin (DDP) for the treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods 40 cases of NSCL were treated with NP (NVB 25 mg/m 2 iv gtt D1,8 plus DDP 30 mg/m 2 iv gtt D1,3).Results The total effective rate(CR+PR) were 40%.in denocarcinoma group,35%;in sguamous carcinoma group 42%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).In primary therepy group,it was 44%,in duplicate therepy group 33%.The difference between the two group was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05) .Toxicity:White Blood Cell (Ⅲ°and Ⅳ°) decreased in 70%,Ⅳ°18%,Blood platelet (Ⅲ°andⅣ°)decreased in was 23%,Ⅳ°18%.No other serious side reactions occurred.Conclusion The NP regimen can obtain good resules.While the adverse effects are well tolerable.
