摘  要:泸州老窖集团公司的“国宝老窖群”是中国两大活文物之一(另一个为成都都江堰) ,也是中国酒业唯一的重点文物 ,其可贵之处在于不仅具有文物价值 ,而且具有很高的使用价值 ,自1573年建窖始 ,一直沿用至今 ,其酿造出来的酒品质至高无上。泸州老窖集团公司集老窖之大成 ,融现代科技之精华 ,配合建窖时间之体现 ,开发出中国白酒鉴赏标准级产品“国窖·1573” ,使中国活文物物化和数字化体现在广大消费者面前 ,让消费者既享受美妙的酒品 。The 'National Treasures-Aged Pits' in Luzhou Laojiao Group. is one of the two living cultural relics in China (the other one is Dujiang Dam), and it is also the only key cultural relics in liquor industry in China. It is not only cultural relics but also of high practical value. It has always been used since its foundation in 1573 and the liquor produced in it all has high qualities. Nowadays, Luzhou Laojiao Group. has developed classic product 'National Pits.1573' through artful combination of traditional properties of aged pits and modern hitechs. This newly-developed product has integrated living cultural relics into digits successfully and perfectly which offers consumers tasteful liquor and appreciation of its cultural backgrounds.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
