摘　　要：联苯双酯是生物活性较高的一类保肝降酶药 ,由于其对乙肝病毒的生长无抑制作用 ,使用时有停药后反跳的缺陷 ,因此利用拼合原理设计并合成了 6个γ 联苯双酯与抗病毒药结合的衍生物 ,均为未见报道的新化合物 ,并经1H NMR和MS进行结构鉴定 ,希望能得到有保肝活性和抗病毒活性更强的新化合物。DDB is a heptic protector and minimizes enzyme medcine of high bioactivity,because it doesn′t impose on heptic virus and once it is halted the enzyme level will climb up again,so six derivatives of γ-DDB which combined with anti-virus medicines were synthesized on the basis of combination principle.All of them were new compounds whose structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.We expected to obtain the new compounds which had the activity of anti-virus and lowered the level of GPT.
