摘　　要：目的　探讨心率功率谱 (HRPSA)测定对评价癫痫患者发作间期心血管系统自主神经功能状态的意义。方法　测定 48例癫痫患者和 31例健康对照者的 HRPSA,分析其心率变异性 (HRV)。结果　癫痫患者发作间期 HRV降低 ,接受卡马西平 (CBZ)治疗后 HRV降低更明显。结论　癫痫患者发作间期心血管系统自主神经功能存在紊乱现象 。Objective To explore the clinical significance on power spectra assay of heart rate (HRPSA) to cardiovascular autonomic nervous system function in patients with interictal epilepsy.Methods HRPSA of 48 patients with epilepsy and 31 healthy controls were assessed in the study. their heart rate variability(HRV) was analysed.Results HRV was significantly reduced in patients with interictal epilepsy, especially in the patients received carbamazepine treatment.Conclusion The cardiovascular autonomic nervous system function exists disturbance in patients with interictal epilepsy,especially in the patients received carbamazepine treatment.
