摘 要:目的 探讨红细胞CR1基因型与红细胞调控淋巴细胞免疫粘附功能的相关性及其改变在卵巢癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法 采用PCR加HindⅢ酶切技术对 5 1例卵巢癌、46例卵巢囊肿患者及 40例正常人红细胞CR1密度相关基因型 (HH型、HL型、LL型 )进行检测 ;采用肿瘤红细胞淋巴细胞混合花环试验测定红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力、红细胞调控淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤的能力。结果 卵巢癌患者红细胞CR1基因型型别不同于正常人 ,HH型人数百分比明显低于正常人 ,HL型、LL型人数百分比则高于正常人 (P <0 0 1)。在相同基因型人群中 ,卵巢癌患者红细胞调控淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力明显低于正常人 (P <0 0 1)。结论 卵巢癌患者红细胞CR1密度基因型型别与红细胞调控淋巴细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力有关 ,其改变可能是卵巢癌发病的易患因素之一。Objective To study the relationship between CR 1 density-associated genotype on erythrocytes and the modulation of erythrocyte to lymphocyte immunoadhering in patients with ovarian cancer,and the role of erythrocytes immunoadhering function in the development of ovarian tumor.Methods Determination of the CR 1 density-associated genotype(HH type,HL type,LL type)on erythrocytes was done with polymerase chain reaction amplification and Hind Ⅲ restriction enzyme digestion technique,and the function of erythrocyte immunoadhering and modulation was determined by tumor erythrocyte lymphocyte rosette test in 51 patients with ovarian cancer,46 patients with ovarian cyst,40 normal controls.Results The CR 1 density-associated genotype on erythrocytes in patients with ovarian cancer was significatly different from normal controls.Percentage of HH type in patients with ovarian cancer was significantly lower than that of normal controls,while that of HL type and LL type was significantly higher(P<0.01).In the same CR 1 genomic type population,the ability of modulation of erythrocyte to lymphocyte immunoadhering tumor cells in patients with ovarian cancer was lower than that of normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The CR 1 density-associated genotype on erythrocytes is related to the ability of modulation of erythrocyte to lymphocyte immunoadhering tumor cells in patients with ovarian cancer.The pathogenesis of ovarian cancer might be related to the changes of CR 1 density-associated genotype on erythrocytes and the ability of modulation of erythrocyte to lymphocyte immunoadhering tumor cells.
