摘　　要：我国的建筑节能工作已经进入第二阶段 ,夏热冬冷地区成为节能工作的重点。本文综合介绍了夏热冬冷地区的气候特征。The work of buildings energy efficiency has come into the second stage,and hot summer and cold winter region becomes the keystone.The paper comprehensively introduces the climate characteristics in hot summer and cold winter region and the research method of buildings energy efficiency as well as the development of the standardization work.
