摘　　要：目的 :观察三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )对结肠癌LoVo细胞体外生长的影响。方法 :选用不同剂量As2 O3 处理LoVo细胞后 ,通过光镜、电镜、MTT法、AO/EB荧光染色法和流式细胞术研究As2 O3 对LoVo细胞生长的影响。结果 :As2 O3 具有抑制Lo Vo细胞生长和其凋亡的作用 ,这种作用主要在低浓度 (0 5～ 2 0 μmol/L)产生 ,而在高浓度 (5 0～ 10 0 μmol/L)可引起细胞死亡。结论 :As2 O3 有明显抑制LoVo细胞生长的作用 ,并诱导细胞凋亡 ,其作用机制尚不清楚。Purpose To investigate the effect of arsenic trioxide (As 2O 3) on the growth of LoVo cells. Methods After treatment of LoVo cells with different concentrations of As 2O 3 in vitro , cell growth was assayed by light microscope, transmission electron microscope, MTT method, AO/EB of fluorescent light staining and flow cytometry. Results As 2O 3 had an effect of inhibiting the proliferation and inducing apoptosis of LoVo cells. In low concentration (0 5～2 0 μmol/L), there mostly appeared the induction of apoptosis, while in high concentration (5 0～10 0 μmol/L) there mostly appeared the cell death. Conclusions As 2O 3 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of LoVo cells and induce apoptosis in these cells . Its mechanism is not clear yet.
