老年癌症患者用药须注意的问题

摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年癌症患者化疗应注意的问题。方法 :采用该领域前沿动态和最新成果以及所积累的临床经验资料。结果 :在化疗期间 ,不考虑老年癌症患者引起的生理变化如癌的浸润损伤、癌的异位内分泌、癌的血液流变学及癌的生物化学反应等特殊性 ,就会影响抗癌药物在老年人体内的代谢、吸收、排泄及骨髓对药物的耐受性。如给患者止吐、升血并配合保护心、脑、肝、肾、肺等药物的综合治疗 ,不仅消除了毒副作用 ,还保持其良好的生活质量。结论 :老年癌症患者应综合治疗才能使化疗顺利进行。Objective:Inquire into attention should be paid to chemotherapy for the old cancerous persons.Methods:adopting the trends of forward position and the new achievement in this field and the data of cumulate clinical experience.Results:If we dont consider the old cancerous persons in the process of chemotherapy,such as cancerous infiltrate injure,cancerous disturbed endocrine,cancerous later developments of blood and cancerous bio-chemical reaction,it will influence the effects of medicine for curing cancers,in the process of metabolizing,absorption,evacuating and also influence the medical endurance of marrow,For examples,the on spelling suggestions therapies for the patients of stooping vomit,raising blood medical,and protecting heart,brain,liver,kidney,lungs etc.It will not only eliminate the poisonous side effect,but also keep the life of patients better.Conclusion:the old cancerous patients should be on spelling suggestion therapies,thus,the chemotherapy ill is gone on smoothly.
