摘　　要：目的　探讨金属内支架治疗食管良恶性狭窄效果及并发症。方法　 2 4例食管狭窄患者 ,在X线监视下 ,经口操作 ,先行球囊扩张术扩张狭窄段 ,然后置入金属内支架。结果　所有内支架留置成功 ,未出现技术问题及术中并发症。术后 2 2例患者摄食能力均有不同程度提高 ,吞咽困难评分由术前 2～ 3级改善到术后 0～ 2级。总有效率为91 6 7%。结论　金属内支架置入是一种安全、有效的治疗食管狭窄的非手术疗法。Objective To study the effects and complications of metallic stent in the treatment of benign and malignant esophageal strictures.Methods Twenty four patients with esophageal strictures,all patients had different grades of dysphagia beforehand.Under fluoroscopic guidance,after catherizing from mouth,the strictured portions dilated with balloon catheter 24 stents were successfully implanted in all patients.Results All stents were successfully placed without technical failure and procedure related complication occured.Food intake ability of all patients was differently improved.Conclusion Metallic stent prosthesis is a safe effective nonoperative method to treat esophageal strictures.
