化疗在子宫颈小细胞癌综合治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨化疗在子宫颈小细胞癌 (SCCC)综合治疗中的作用。方法　回顾性分析 10例SCCC患者的临床资料及随访记录。结果　Ⅰb 期 2例、Ⅱa期 4例、Ⅲb 期 4例 ,SCCC早期即可发生肺、肝脏等器官的转移 ;对 10例患者采用手术+放疗 +化疗或放疗 +化疗的综合治疗 ,5例已分别生存 3 9、2 9、18、12、11个月 ,另 5例分别生存 10、10、11、13、14个月后死亡。结论　SCCC与肺小细胞癌的组织病理学和生物学行为特征相似 ,早期容易发生远处器官转移 ,对化疗敏感 ,化疗在SCCC的综合治疗中具有重要的作用 ,目的在于预防或治疗远处转移性病变。Objective To study the value of chemotherapy in the comprehensive treatment of small cell carcinoma of cervix (SCCC).Methods The clinical data and follow-up records of 10 patients with SCCC were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two cases were diagnosed in stage Ⅰ b, 4 in Ⅱa and 4 in Ⅲ b.Metastasis to lungs and livers in the early stage of SCCC occurred.The 10 patients received the comprehensive treatment of surgery+chemotherapy+radiotherapy or radiotherapy+chemotherapy.Five cases had been survived for 39, 29, 18, 12, 11 months respectively.The remaining 5 cases were died in 10, 10, 11, 13, 14 months after treatment.Conclusion SCCC, similar to small cell carcinoma of lung in the histopathological features and biologic behavioral characteristics, is easy to metastasis earlier and sensitive to chemotherapy.Chemotherapy is an effective therapy in comprehensive treatment for patients with SCCC.
