摘  要:目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法对中成药逍遥丸中当归、芍药的指标成分阿魏酸、芍药苷同时进行含量测定。方法 采用ShimpackCLCODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (15∶85 ) ,检测波长 :2 30nm ,进样量 10 μL。 结果 线性范围阿魏酸0 .0 2~ 0 .12mg ,芍药苷 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 8mg ,相关系数阿魏酸 0 .9978,芍药苷 0 .99997,平均回收率阿魏酸 97.6 1% ,芍药苷 10 0 .0 7% ,日内RSD分别为 0 .98%和 0 .72 %。结论 方法简便、准确。OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Wan by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions included Shimpack CLC ODS column and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (15:85). The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0.02 ∼ 0.12 mg for ferulic acid and 0.02 ∼ 0.08 mg for paeoniflorin respectively. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.997 8 and r = 0.999 9.The average recovery of ferulic acid was 97.61% and that of paeoniflorin was 100.07%. The precision of within-day RSD was 0.98% and 0.72% respectively. CONCLUSION: The determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin was found to be simple and accurate.
