摘  要:目的 :探讨氦氖 (He- Ne)激光照射对兔牙齿移动牙周组织中碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。方法 :2 1只大耳白兔随机分为正常组及 1、3、5、7、14、2 1d组 ,每组 3只。于双侧上颌第一磨牙至切牙间拴结不锈钢螺簧 ,施力 80 g。右侧为照射侧 ,左侧为对照侧。按不同时间处死 ,制作组织学标本 ,进行碱性磷酸酶染色 ,计算机图像分析 ,统计学处理。结果 :牙周组织中碱性磷酸酶的面积百分比 3、5、7d组照射侧明显高于对照侧 ,3、5 d组差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;其数量比较 3d~ 7d组呈升高趋势 ,以照射侧明显。 3、5、7d组差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :氦氖激光照射可提高兔牙齿移动牙周组织中碱性磷酸酶的活性 。Objective:To study He Ne laser irradiation on the activity change of Alkaline phosphatase in the orthodontic tooth movement in rabbits. Methods:Twenty one rabbits were chosen and served as normal and experimental group of 1,3,5,7,14,21 days with 3 rabbits each. A coil spring connected the maxillary upper first molar to the upper incisor and fixed bilaterally by a ligature wire. The force was 80g.The left side served as control and the right side received as irradiation of low power laser. Through Alkaline phosphatase histochemistry staining,the result was analysed by the Computer image Analyzing System and treated by statistics test. Result: The total amount of Alkaline phosphatase was detected and compared. The experimental group was higher than the control group from 3 to 7 day. The group of 3 day had marked difference, P <0.01.The percent of area of 3 to 5 day had marked difference P <0.05. Conclusion :The activity of Alkaline phosphatase was enhanced through He Ne laser irradiation in the periodontal tissues.
