摘　　要：目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定牛磺酸软胶囊中牛磺酸的含量。方法 :牛磺酸经邻苯二甲醛和乙硫醇衍生 ,C18柱分离 ,紫外检测波长为 36 0nm ,甲醇 水 磷酸盐缓冲液 (1∶1∶1)为流动相 ,用外标法测定。结果 :方法回收率为95 .8%～ 10 7.2 % ,RSD <2 .1% ,线形范围为 6 .7～ 40 .4mg/mL ,最低检测限 2 .47mg/mL。结论 :本法简单、快速。Objective:To develop a method for the determination of taurine in Taurine Soft Capsules by RP HPLC.Methods: Taurine was derivated by phthalaldehyde and ethanethiol. The analytical column was C 18 . The UV detective wavelength was set at 360nm. The mobile phase was methanol water phosphate buffer (1∶1∶1). The external standard method was used. Results: The recovery was 95.8%～107.2%. RSD was 2.1%. The linear range of concentration was 6.7 ～40.4 mg/mL. The minimum detectability was 2.47mg/mL. Conclusions: The method is simple, quick and accurate.
